Washington Backcountry Discovery Route, Washington State:

The Washington Backcountry Discovery route can be the best choice for you if you are looking for an easy 4X4 trail. This is an about 600-mile route from Seattle to Canada. However, you can get started as far as south as Oregon though.

In this route, you will be sharing your road with the cattle. So, don’t forget to have a brush ahead of your vehicle. Otherwise, you may have to pay a lot for this. You will find the nearby trees moving out of the way. In this route, you will be able to have an amazing view of this area as you will be driving along the Cascades.

Moab, Utah:

You must have heard the name before. Because Moab is one of the most renowned and most talked destinations for off-roading in the USA. This route is enjoyed by all the off-roaders such as hikers, rafters and mountain bikers. In the Moab, you will find lots of terrains for anything till the modified off-road rigs from the stock 4X4 vehicles.

However, no worries if you are not owning any SUV or truck. Because you will get both a jeep as rent and guide in Moab.

Imperial Sand Dunes, Yuma, California:

The movies you have watched so far where the hero was standing in the middle of a dessert might not take place in Sahara. Because lots of movies were shot in the Imperial Sand Dunes in California. This area is the largest sand area of the nation about more than 40-miles with the eastern edge of the Imperial Valley.

You should not make a plan for off-roading in the area in summer as the temperature goes about 120 degrees this season. Due to the excessive temperature in the summer, this place is often known as the home of the cruel desert in the country. The Dalton Highway is the beloved route for off-roading, especially for the person who likes gravel. The 414 miles long Dalton highway will offer you watching gravel all the way. Without it, you will be pleased by watching potholes, grizzlies, tractor-trailers and so on.
